Heck, I was selling the "Soaring Eagle" design (2000-2008) that graded MS68 for $150+.
Yeah, the 2000's were turning a puke greenish-brown because of the rinse, but they were able to correct it for 2001.
I can't tell from those photos. In any event, I don't think it is anything significant.
