Your replica coin is not silver. It is simply made of non-ferrous metals, which is why it's not magnetic.

Quality of the details is about right, possibly a genuine coin that has been silver plated. No way to say for sure without examining it in hand.
Keep it as part of a reference library, best way to learn counterfeit detection is to have lots of them on hand.
