I agree with Tom. It just looks wrong. Especially the area below the eagle on the reverse. The letters in "QUARTER DOLLAR" do not look right....
I was going to ask if there even was a 2 pfennig for the DDR. Is there? All I can find is the 1, 5 and 10 pfennig.

I agree with Mark, seems like too many bag marks on her cheek for a 64. So I will say 63. It's actually hard for me to tell of those are bag marks...
