It is raised. I will try to post better pictures next week.
Both locations on the coin are raised. No bag marks at least not the spots I am pointing out.
How can you tell its been plated?

What about PVC damage?
Here is my question. I have heard about how no one has heard about the cheerios penny being a WAM but if there are still a bunch in there original...
Regardless something has to be done because if you leave it in the packaging than you run the possibility of having the coin contaminated by PVC...
The cheerios penny is worth about $5 but if it is a Wida AM then the value is obviously more.
