Nice pull from circulation, but I really would not be worth having it slabbed. The coin may be worth a buck or two. Hard to grade from the pics also.
I saw the story on the news this morning. In the end they were told by a higher-up they had to take the cents, but the guy was required to write...
Any pics are good pics. Although if the pics are large a link might be a good way to go. Some of us poor folks still are saddled with dial-up....

I think now days if you beg hard enough sgs might slab a coin for you, if you were that hard up for a slab, but the fact is they slab their own...
I think it is nice it was slabbed genuine, and at that bargain price, you better grab it quick! ;)
I found a 1929 wheat cent in a roll today in about vg.
Maybe that explains my problem getting on the site today.

The green "patina" adds alot also. Any thing is possible, but if the seller is insinuating that the coin was lost during the battle, the coin...
Scan or pic? if it's a photo I would say dipped. The fields look pretty clean I would go with AU 55 or MS 63-64. Nice looking coin. :thumb:
