They usually don't have any actual gold content. They make these mini versions of other nation's gold and silver coins as well.
Nice coin, looks to be close to UNC. $50 would be a fair value if you are selling it.
Perhaps if it's reported by a lot of people, or simply the "right" person. Otherwise, 99.9% chance they will do nothing.
Usually pretty close. The ones I have had in hand were no more than 0.2 grams off, but sometimes the weight difference was within allowable...

I'm not familiar with the specific varieties, but it's pretty interesting if they used the obverse and reverse of two different coins.
