Had a 1873 dime mis labeled open 3. But it was a 73 arrows which are all open 3. The no arrows open 3 much rarer than the closed 3

I see an old dip on both. Dime probably market acceptable from pics but 63-4 at best. Quarter I’d say questionable surfaces at best and 55-8
