It was purchased as a reference coin, primarily as to grade (VF), but apparently, that is very questionable.
It does look lightly circulated or a slider from the pic. From the pic, it doesn't look like it has any luster. Are you looking for an MS60 grade?

I have seen wrong planchet cents on foreign planchets fetch $100-$200 and even $500-$1,000. If it is on a foreign planchet, it is a very cool...
