You have a fine eye for all I can see. Plenty of coins graded 69 are deserving of 70, it's just the grading companies keeping the ratio in check...
Good. I have been thinking about this a lot recently.
I personally don't mind having PR69 coins. Lots cheaper than the 70s and if you have a good eye you can pick a coin that would be a 70 on a good day.
