I got this little honey in an auction a couple of weeks ago. It was in a bundle of well worn silver certifs. She's crisp and pretty darn nice....
Darn shame. In my opinion, PCI's grading had been becoming fairly respectable. There is no doubt though, I hope someone other than SGS gets...
