So many people held rolls of 1958 and 1959 because of the change of design. I still have several of each. I put some back in circulation occasionally.
Now I know where my bank gets their coins.

I quit buying mint stuff a few years ago. My first purchase from the mint was in 1959. No more.
I think the 5 OZ is overboard, but not the rest. Nice grouping you have there.
I would return it to the mint for a replacement.
