Someone here nailed it, everything made this millenium is also overrated. Especially in a PCGS/NGC slab and the grade is 69/70 '16-D mercs are...
You don't know pennies made from 1959 to 1981 and some in 1982 are made of 95% copper and worth more than a penny each?
You might have noticed this post earlier in the thread. I would like to tell you guys that I will be sending it off to SGS for grading. What do...
Sure the mint mints whatever they want to mint! If they didn't, the owner of the San Francisco Mint would have never gotten away with the 1894-S...
Hey, I do a similar thing with 1883-S Morgan Dollars. I turn the second 8 into a 9. JK

How do you delete posts? I want this one deleted :cat:

How about if one in every 1000 dimes, quarters, and half dollars (in collector rolls and bags) the US mint struck for circulation is 90 percent...
Here's an 1888 Liberty Head Nickel that I eyeballed in the LCS tray. It was a long time ago, almost two years. Cost: $0.50
I agree, people go crazy over MS70 silver eagles that were literally minted less than two weeks ago.
All right, here is my 1854 Seated Quarter:
Two more overrated: VAM Morgans: This was a silly attempt to make common Morgans less common. Do we really care about die chips, date position,...
"The 1859 Indian was in a machine rolled roll" So you found a FATTY INDIAN in an MWR? Post pics plz!
^^^ So, what do you think? I think the 1909-S VDB cent is overrated. PCGS survival estimates suggest that 50000 exist in all grades from a...
Steel cents are worth $10? My LCS sells them at 6 for $.50, so I'm a rich man
I have found a 1903 Indian but it's pretty beat up. Still a 1903 Indian!
