Hey Joshua, did you happen to weigh the indent before you sent it for grading? It would give you the denomination of the intended planchet.
I am on the fence with the FT/FB designation. There is seperation but it is weak on the right side of the lower bands. They gave this one an MS68....

An Indent is when two different sized planchets are fed into the striking chamber at the same time. Really neat coin and error Joshua.
Looks good for that extreme of a lamination. The copper spot is probably a piece of lamination that fell off. Neat one!

Honestly, I didn't even see the graze it is so light, you can see it in the photos. You have to really look, it's so light.
