I once found a 1903 IHC in a roll. I was so excited. If I found a 19th century one I think my head would explode.
Considering this coin is worth more than $100 I wouldn't risk buying it raw. $317 is close to a problem-free price. This coin has a light cleaning.
The 1865 2 cent piece is undergraded and is worthy of a green bean IMO.
25-30 they recessed the date because it wore off too fast. These recessed dates hold up well down the grading scale.

The SLQ could either be a '21 (semi-key) or a '23.
