I bet its machine doubling. Sorry, but its probably worth face value unless the date is under 1982. Then you get 2 cents for copper value!
If there is doubling on there, then I cant see it. Either try to take better pictures, or explain where the doubling takes place.
It looks symmetrical on either side of Lincoln. I'd guess it was made like that on purpose.
