Die deterioration and damage
Sure looks like it is missing to me. There is still mint luster - as far as I can tell from the photos - and that means it is not dipped in acid.
For a rotated coin to be worth more, it should be rotated about 20 degrees or more. But nice find on the die crack.
I think I see something through the glare, but you still need better pictures for us to identify what it is.
