We should start a suspect vcoins dealers list if there is not such a thing already. I know Warren maintains a list for known ebay fake sellers.
Booting the seller from vcoins would be satisfactory to me. If vcoins becomes a scammer friendly platform that would be a huge loss.

Seems like the chipped part should be bronze not silvered. The original silvering should only be on the original surfaces not the interior....
