I'm going to say XF45 with a very weak strike.
I like the 1847 better. Fewer spots.
Often 1917 T1 SLQs are amazingly struck.
And that show was likely about 15 miles away from me.
The dealer thought that those marks on the obverse were damage, but in reality they are rare and very valuable clash marks.
