The coin looks to only be worth a dollar or two, I'd save the grading fees if it were mine.
I say if they bring you enjoyment collect them!! It sounds like you definitely have a good grasp as to what they are and there's nothing wrong...

I'm not sure if this is some of the info you're looking for, but I believe the high relief 1922's are matte proofs so they would have a different...

Stopped by the coinstar at the grocery store last night... around 75 cents in random modern coins, a one euro and half euro, and a 1950 silver...

NGC has a good online World Coin Catalog. You can search there by country, denomination, and year minted. Most of those should be pretty easy,...
