I actually think that the lines would be continuous if not for the cut. The second set of pics makes it look like they are too weak, but like you...
I'm kinda leaning to it not getting FBL. The lines to the left of the crack look like they have a somewhat v-shaped mark running through them....
I agree @furryfrog02 thats why I love these two. There is history beyond just the design with a circulated coin like these.
From the info I found at numista there doesn't seem to be different mints for the coin. There is a difference as to coin/medal orientation, but...
