I think it would be tough to grade it by comparing it to a graded Lincoln Cent of the same grade. They are drastically different in terms of size...

I wish, but still getting it at $450 was pretty good. Looks like they are selling for much higher in the same grade.
If you don't have a membership for PCGS or NGC, your best bet would be ANACS. That would probably run you up $20+ in shipping and slabbing fees....
In my experience, die rotation errors generally don't command much of a premium unless 90 degrees or more.
