I have a bunch, but don't consider myself to hoard them, maybe one day I'll make a series.
The thought behind it is that they do not grade as accurately as PCGS or NGC so the grade is not as acceptable and the value cannot be determined...

Lots on eBay will typically have filtered through junk, while some coins may be nice, they will have no value and are all common.
