That seller surely knew what he was listing. "unsearched" means nothing. Those coins dimes don't look AU.
Don't like how all the highest grade coins are monster toners, just based on eye appeal though.

I think 64 is as high as it can go. I also think NGC also overgrades Proof Type coins like 3 cent pieces. I will post a pic of my 3 cent piece...
Man does Moses Cleaveland look sharp on that coin.
NGC PR63 CAMEO looks like a fingerprint from first pics of obverse.
