eBay's fees are 9%, Paypal is 3% and you charge for shipping so that shouldn't be added in with their fees.

Agreed. If you are buying for bullion value and not collector value always buy the 90% coins. They will also be easier to sell when that time...
I wouldn't pay even spot for a well circulated War Nickel. You should be able to get them a bit lower than spot because of the low silver...

$30 CWR Dimes - Nothing $30 BWR Nickels - 2 pre 1069 and a 1973 1 Franc. Haven't hit silver in over a week, not too thrilled about that.
