It's a 58...another example (at least IMO) of a lightly circulated coin which looks better than a lower grade MS coin. As for the "strange marks"...

The '29 is O-104A; the '32 is O-111. Although I might be able to attribute the '31 in hand there is too much wear to do so from the pic. Nice...
