Yeah, if it only has one light crease, then it would fall into the XF category.
I prefer the rigid holders to the flimsy ones. If I'm going to protect my notes, I want the best protection in a top-loading holder.

Yes, your local coin shop should have them. They can vary in material, how rigid they are, and price. My suggestion is to pick up a whole bunch...

IMO, star notes should always be saved if you get them for face value. Then if you have sequential examples, even more reason to save!

Nice notes for face value. I like the abaility to walk into a bank and cherry pick older notes for face value.
Looks like just a stamp someone placed on the note.
I would only submit a note for grading if after I thoroughly look it over I believe that it would come back with a high grade for modern notes....
