In a sellers standpoint if there is money to be made then there is no reason not to sell them.

People may not have banks in there area as well, but what happens when they have $100 in searched Nickels? Need to get to a bank to cash them in.
I don't see the point of it. You might pull 1 maybe 2 wars and maybe a buffalo. Its jut not worth it in the slightest IMO.
