a better way to get responses on possible errors is to post them in the error coin section
the off center ones do not usually carry a premium unless part of the lettering is missing. i cant really tell by the pics about the "blobs" but...

your double P, if it is doubled, is most likely a re punched mint mark. up until i think 1990 the mint marks were punched into the dies by hand....
i cant afford a whole box just yet.. had to dip into my roll search fund.
If they check them, they probably just weigh them.
