What I see on the Obverse is a PU above the Date that I always thought was BLP not PUB from what I can make out on these photos. I am just saying...
For me I would need better resolution photos .. First I see what appears to be the wrong font on the reverse, next some gouges or pock marks on...
@skully88 are you able to take a photo of just Obverse by with an zoomed in view of the back of the Neck? A different photo of the Reverse...
