1968 was the last year for the worn out 1916 master hub. Personally, I think the 60's cents are pretty ugly, the border was almost completely...
Cleaned or not, I'd love to have that coin!
Not one single bit! I don't mind carbon spots when they're small....it shows originality. So many coins have been doctored to remove carbon spots....
You got a good deal, these sell for 5 cents at my local shop.
