That looks like MD machine doubling to me and small date doesn't exist for this date because date varieties don't exist for 2006 zilincons.

The R isn't damaged and that's a good sign,the weight should be around or exactly 5.33 grams.
The dates are 1944,1946,1947 and 1953.

I don't even bother to look for a possible true DD roll hunting anymore that ship has sailed.
