Rim burr,I don't recall seeing lamination's on coins this modern but I guess its possible.

64 today had a feeling it was a 63 but they do nail some even if it was around when they started.

Found it in a roll definitely not stamped someone put there time into this one.
Its possible,can be done I've found cents the size of quarters in rolls CRH might still have one.
I've always wanted one of those(and a box set)but there just to pricey these day's.
Back then those notches might of been someone's killing spree;).
It was in the OCBP for a while and long enough for that color to occur.
I'd say leave them in there im not seeing any bad signs e.t.c for now.

My phone does the same thing it rotates sometimes for pictures when I have the normal screen position locked.
