You could also just rinse your coins with acetone. It's safe for all metal surfaces and will instantly kill any bacteria on the surfaces. Acetone...

The 14-S is a technical VF coin because of the cheek and jaw separation. I'm with Jack, this is definately a VF-25 coin.
