Nice note and coins the term gem uncirculated means 65 and above.I would be at 68 for it by the obverse i think i also see some clashing on it.

I wouldn't buy it raw if it were me $150 or less if certified and proven to be authentic,not=pass.Don't have one and not going to pay big money...
