Your pictures are blurry but im not seeing any doubling anyway and don't send it in its just a cent.

They are worth whatever someone is willing to pay and yes thats the average they go for.Some designs are more wanted and command even higher premiums.
Mintage of only two million each design.Only made for two years 2019 and 2020 around $10 per coin or so average.
