Yes, the 25-D and S were some of the worst issues ever made. The dies were coming from Philly and the branch mints had a hard time getting fresh...

This angled picture brings out what you can't see on the perpendicular picture....even though it makes the coin look much worse than it actually is.
Nope....it's GUESS the grade. LOL This is one of those coins that go either way, depending on the day. The only evidence of wear rub I can see...
