Both are large dates to me.I always use the 0 as a comparison.If the 7 goes below the 0 its a large.Small date and the 7/0 are exactly the same...
They didn't make a regular strike capped bust quarter in 1927.Only in proofs and the restrikes which actually they are not technically,just mixed...
