Some ancient coins are in even better condition than yours. You should not be concerned. Looks absolutely authentic to my old eyes.

Spectacular, @Michael Stolt. I, too, think the horse’s head is tilted slightly toward the viewer.
With the thick deposits, real or fake, I doubt if a correct determination of authenticity can be made….IMHO.
