Gas bubbles under the plating are very common starting in 1982. They didn't really get it under control until about 89-90.

NGC is inconsistent between 66 and 67. PCGS does a better job at these grade levels IMO.

Just a little wear but the corrosion is killing it. I'm surprized they slabbed it with the verdigris.
I think I'll be within the old plus/minus one. LOL
It does have strong, MS like luster.
