To add on what Fred said coins are minted not stamped,paper money and coins are two whole different processes.
Because of your photography,things can play tricks on the eyes easily like this for example.Your coin shows a ridge ring so not a true doubled die...

They made those with 50% and 80% silver in that condition the only way to tell is with a XRF analyzer.
Yes the little star shape at the back of the hat and that line isn't a die chip technically but a progression.

I thought the edge reeds had to be effected but it looks normal.So would this be classified as a railroad rim then with some damage.
