The 1990P is not graded PL? The D is beautiful, it doesn't look to have full steps though and some weakness in STATES OF.
Anyone know how many steps there are on a Lincoln?

Difficult to judge using pictures. PL implies mirrored surface and that special proof luster.....tough to see in a picture.

1988's are VERY tough to find without excessive die polish lines. I think the mint workers repolished them every 1000 coins. LOL
YES! I knew those little spots wouldn't be more than -3. That coin is nearly perfect with some nice orange peel luster.
