Completing a wheat cent collection is more difficult than most people realize. I suggest first trying a local dealer or coin show.
....and I still have not found one. These are scarce!

That's an extremely low grade and price. I don't think I've ever seen one below 67. It's a very rare coin nonetheless. I cherrypicked the 1999...
Franklin mint stuff typically shows up at my local dealers for melt.

Here's a very PL 1991, again, VERY hard to capture the PL surfaces on this....I moved the lighting around a bit to try.
Pretty nice 85 set, the P is PL....gave me a hard time trying to capture the mirrored surfaces.
Here's a frosty 83D. I have a tough time photographing bright, PL coins!
