You're in the ballpark, but you can't grade a coin looking at only one side.
It WAS plated, then the plating was removed with acid. PMD
$37k for an AU 22 plain? HAHAHAHA Not only a scam, but apparently some shill bidding....that's in the MS red range.
Looks like a PCGS slab.
Near perfect, I'm going on the high side.
I wanted to go 66, but PCGS is usually tougher.
Use this to check: WIDE AM = CLOSE FG, CLOSE AM = FAR FG
$2k! WOW, I hope the buyer doesn't receive a Chinese fake.
Bummer....bad time to be selling anything gold.
Nice to see those colorful coins make the slab! NICE! I had a feeling on that 1916: http://www.cointalk.com/t226487-2/#post1695113
Simple enough to comply with, 500 pixels is nothing in todays world.
Looks like a normal cent to me.
1918-D, looks have been exposed to acid and retoned.
Tough coin in MS with any red, I bet they RB'd it. The slight woodgraining, spotting and weak luster bring it down, I'd call it a 64RB...
Blazing luster...it almost looks cameo!
Impaired obverse luster and the spots....but I think it has eye appeal. 65+
Weak strike, couple of obverse spots that may have developed, 66 but I'm not rolling the dice.
I can tell it's a blazer, nice orange-peel luster on the obverse and you can see the die polish lines on the reverse.....beautiful coin!
He clearly states his coins are AT. I don't mind, I think they are actually pretty cool looking.
I believe the weight tolerance is +/- 0.1 g, it could be dirty, and/or your balance is out of calibration.
Separate names with a comma.
