If genuine, I would call it an AU-55 and put in the $400 range. The if genuine is a big if and better images would be needed to offer an opinion...
I completely agree that it shouldn't be in a problem free holder, but generally if the coin is labeled cleaned, it is because of a harsh cleaning....
I don't either, but they probably show up if the coin was at an angle or had different lighting.
Only a ten coin minimum order though.
