I'm going with AU details cleaned due to what look like hairlines on the obverse, but it sure is a pretty coin anyway.

Price seems about right. Spot value is $143.62 today. Of course this is only the gold value and it should have some premium for the early date.

VF-25. I'd wait, most of the cost is the spot price of the coin and you can get a much nicer AU for about the same money.
