Clear enough for me to see that the coins is not a MS-63 as they claim and that their price is way too high. It looks like a cleaned AU to me.
Those images can't possibly be a good representation given the grade.

If a 70 is by definition a perfect coin, than any additional added to the grade would be ridiculous and laughable IMHO.
I think that they would both upgrade a couple of points, especially the 28, it looks like a 64 all day.
