coin is a bit dark but surfaces have no pitting or obvious corrosion. If it has environmental damage it is not too bad.
took a shot with this coin because sellers pics were too dark to see much. My pics are not a lot better but I think at least you can see it well...

PCGS does command a slight premium over NGC but not that much. Numismedia price guide on NGC site is a bit closer to reality although still high....
