1 would say vg detail and verdicare might help a little bit but not be able to work miracles on this coin.
coin has some issues like but details look higher vf to low xf to me on this one. Is the coin worth 37 bucks in your opinion? Problem free coin...
on reverse it looks like a cud around 7 o'clock?? No mention of this in Grellmans book for that N #
