I believe this is actually a violation of ebay listing policies.
Both the date location and mint mark location best match the VAM-9 listing. VAM 6 is a normal date location which this example is not.
My guess would be VAM-9 based on a "far" date position.
To the point where there should be a separate photograde for the issue..

I agree although VAM-10 was reclassified as VAM-31A as a result of a die study a couple of years ago. I see the O/O guide still calls it VAM-10...

I went VF35 based on the remaining detail of the cotton bolls. While the San Fran mint produced a dismal strike for the reverse details the cotton...
MS62 at best. If it's one of the varieties and if you are truly intent on having it graded I would send it to ICG and call it a day at this grade...
Yeah, it should have a chop mark for the mint mark....
MS65. I think the reverse falls just short of PL based on these images. Pretty girl...:)
