I tend to agree with you that the issue is overpriced, but never underestimate the power of 1 year type coins.
I think you need to be (a) a very good grader, and/or (b) have very deep pockets to try and play that game. That said, there is money to be made...
IMO, that matty needs to be cracked and go back and get graded again. Unless the coin's luster is very flat, I don't see enough wear to signify...
